On Halloween Night
On Halloween night there is magic in the air
1. Witches on brooms are flying to their lair (arms out like flying)
And I close my eyes to the frightening sight
And I close my eyes, real tight! (Put hands over eyes)
On Halloween night there is magic in the air
2. Skeletons dancing, rattling bones (Shake arms and legs)
1. Witches on brooms are flying to their lair (arms out like flying)
And I close my eyes to the frightening sight
And I close my eyes, real tight! (Put hands over eyes)
Continue by adding the following verses:
3. Coffins creaking open, mummies coming out (Open and close arms)
4. Ghosts whooshing ’round I shiver as they pass (Fold arms and shiver)
5. One-Eyed Goblins jumping over mushrooms (Jump)
6. Mysterious monsters creeping through the town (Creep around slowly)
My kids beg to do this one; it really is that much fun. Even though it is September they wanted to dress up like it was Halloween, which is why my preschooler is Buzz Lightyear and my toddler is a pilot! Love this! It reminds me of the great action rhymes at the back of my kid’s High Five magazine.
